1) Weight Training:
Doing weight training is less effective for losing weight than cardio workouts but they help to keep the level of metabolism which is important when you are on a long-term diet.
Weight training makes the metabolism much faster and doesn’t let the body switch to the low energy consumption mode.
But don’t forget to eat some protein after a workout: the muscles will get stronger and you won’t have any extra fat.
2) Drink water, especially before meals:
Drinking water can speed up the metabolism between 24 and 30% over a period of 1 to 1.5 hours, helping to burn some extra calories.
3) Eat more protein and vegetables:
Low-carbohydrate diets are believed to be the best strategy for losing weight.
Protein and fiber make us full and increase metabolism.
Carbohydrates make the insulin level rise making us hungry.
So if you are trying to lose weight, it’s better to eat a piece of low-fat meat rather than sweet fruit.
4) Take glucomannan:
Glucomannan is a fiber that, in several scientific studies, has caused weight loss to research subjects.
It absorbs water and sits in the intestine for a while, making you feel full and helping you consume fewer calories.

5) Do not drink calories (soft drinks or fruit juices):
Sugar is bad, but in liquid form, it is even worse. In fact, it is probably the most fattening part of the modern diet.

This also applies to fruit juices, which contain the same amount of sugar as a soda.
You can consume the whole fruit, but it is better to avoid consuming the juice alone.
6) Control portions or count calories:There are studies that also show that keeping a food diary, writing what is consumed every day or taking pictures of what you eat, can contribute to the loss of kilos
If you want to lose weight, you need to reduce the consumption of added sugar and high fructose corn syrup.
The idea is not, however, to add it to something that has already been cooked in a traditional way, but to replace with coconut oil some of the fats that are usually used for cooking.
